Weekly Schedule & Class Descriptions

MONDAY: Lower Body Strength & Power
Build strength and explosive power with a focus on heavy weights and low repetitions. This class targets major lower body muscle groups to develop muscular endurance and power.
TUESDAY: Upper Body Power Training
Emphasizing strength and performance, this session incorporates heavier weights and lower reps to enhance upper body strength and functional power.
WEDNESDAY: Kickboxing & Core Conditioning
A dynamic, high-energy workout that blends kickboxing techniques with pad work and elite cardio conditioning. Core-focused segments are designed to build stability and strength throughout the midsection.
THURSDAY: Lower Body Endurance & Strength
This class combines endurance training with strength-building exercises to tone and condition the legs and glutes through varied resistance and rep ranges.
FRIDAY: Upper Body Hypertropy & Core
or SURGE Fit
Focus on muscle growth (hypertrophy) through higher volume upper body training paired with targeted core work. On select Fridays, SURGE Fit offers a high-intensity full-body training experience with varied formats to challenge all fitness levels.
SATURDAY: Full Body Functional Conditioning
& Kickboxing
A powerful blend of functional training, kickboxing and pad work to improve overall athletic performance. Expect a full-body workout that builds strength, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness.
