Mike Newell

Coach Mike is a 5 year certified Pain-Free Performance Specialist with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. With a specialty in functional kettlebell training and kickboxing, he brings energy, precision, and purpose to every session. 

With over 2,000 small group training sessions coached, Coach Mike has helped hundreds of clients—from beginners to seasoned athletes—build strength, improve mobility, and train with confidence. His coaching style is rooted in intelligent program design, injury prevention, and real-world functionality, making every workout effective, safe, and results-driven. 

Whether you’re recovering from injury, new to fitness, or looking to break through plateaus, Coach Mike delivers workouts that challenge without punishment and strengthen without setbacks.

Megan Susnjara

Growing up, Megan always loved being active - from school sports, going for runs, going to the gym, going hiking, or taking the dog on a walk. Studying human physiology at the University of Oregon got her even more excited about it, and after moving from Beaverton to Bend in 2018, she decided she wanted to get involved in helping others be active as well. Fast forward to now, and she's been coaching group fitness classes for over 6 years and absolutely loves it.

 

Her goal is to bring the energy, excitement, fun, and challenge to every class. She is passionate about supporting others in moving their bodies and watching them achieve more than they thought they could in a safe and supportive environment!

Kishelle Linenko

Kishelle has been a group fitness instructor since 2019, and is all about bringing the energy—think of her as your personal hype girl! She's passionate about weight training, loves leading high-energy Surge Fit classes, and is here to help you feel strong, confident, and unstoppable. Outside the gym, she's a mom of two wild ones and can usually found snowboarding, camping, or chasing adventure (and snacks) with her family.

 

Fitness is her passion—but fun is her fuel. She can’t wait to sweat it out with you!

Tracy Nelson

Tracy has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She's a certified personal trainer and also specialize in nutrition, hormones, and gut health. 

She has spent many years in the bodybuilding industry and has competed myself. 

 

Her passion is helping people become stronger, find confidence in themselves, and heal from the inside out through proper nutrition and balanced hormone health.

Tracy believes that no matter where you’re starting from or your age it’s never too late to start working towards becoming your best self!

Laura Newell

Wife, mother of two, and the heart of our front desk team. Laura is our dedicated Service Manager. With a passion for community and a deep commitment to our members, she ensures everyone has the support they need for an exceptional gym experience.

 

Whether it’s answering questions, solving problems, or simply sharing a smile, Laura loves being part of the team and making each visit feel like home.

Ryan Walker

Ryan Walker owns a couple of insurance agencies in Bend, Oregon, with a career in the insurance and financial services industry dating back to 2005. He holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designations and earned his B.S. in Business Finance from Brigham Young University. 

Beyond his professional endeavors, Ryan is an active member of the Bend community, participating in local organizations like Rotary and Kiwanis. He also helps coach wrestling at Summit High School. 

He enjoys spending his free time with his family, golfing, fishing, exercising, smoking meat, and composing music.
